2. What is sold
Access to the academy's online training: club subscription (Base, Pro, Mentor plans), the 12-week cohort full training (“Self-paced”, “With a curator”, “With the author”), individual courses and course bundles, gift certificates and corporate training under a separate contract. What each option includes is listed on its page.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in euros incl. VAT. Payment methods: card, installments via Klarna, partial payment, bank transfer.
4. Subscription
The subscription is paid monthly, for 6 months or yearly and renews automatically. Paying yearly gives 2 months free. You can pause it for up to 3 months or cancel in your account — access stays until the end of the paid period.
5. Right of withdrawal
A consumer buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (OUG 34/2014). If the buyer has expressly requested immediate access and confirmed that they lose this right, the right of withdrawal ends once access is granted.
6. Refunds
In all other cases, the refund is calculated in proportion to the unopened modules according to the table below. You can cancel a subscription in 2 clicks — it simply won’t renew. For the full programme we refund unopened modules; a gift certificate can be refunded within 14 days before activation.
7. Disputes
Complaints should be sent to [EMAIL]. Consumers may also contact ANPC (SAL) or the European SOL platform.
